1. Complete your purchase of an eJournal Ad (Platinum, Gold, Silver, Bronze, Half-Screen, Quarter-Screen, Community Greeting) on the Become a Sponsor page.
2. Email your ad along with your name and company name to [email protected]. Note: For inclusion in the event slideshow presentation, furnish your materials on or before August 31, 2019.
3. You can choose from one of these two easy options:
OPTION #1: "Camera-Ready"
Full Page Ad: 6"(W) x 4"(H), high-res (300 dpi or greater - Font: 8pt min.)
Provide company logo for online ad banner (if applicable to your purchase)
Format: preferably .jpg, .psd, or .pdf
Send company web address to link ad to your website (if applicable to your purchase)
OPTION #2: We Create Your Ad
Graphics: Send logo, photo or any illustration you’d like incorporated into your ad (.jpg, .pdf preferred)
Copy: Read the description of the ad level you’ve purchased! Submit copy that may include a congratulatory message, company contact info, etc. in a Microsoft Word document or using the online ad submission copy box
Provide company logo for online ad banner (if applicable to your purchase)
Send company web address to link ad to your website (if applicable to your purchase)
